How We Work
Here are a few of the important steps we take for great results

Pre inspect  to determine carpet type, stains etc. This is important to aviod damaging carpet and upholstery by using wrong cleaners on certain carpets, and to get the best possible result. Did you know cleaners with a high PH can strip the stain protection off carpets? and permanently destroy woolen carpets? and you wouldn't even realise straight away. Are you willing to take chances like that? Next time you get a quote, ask the cleaner to identify the carpet for you, can they?

Pre Vacuum - An important step that many cleaners overlook, we can remove up to 79% of soils with our commercial vacuum. Ask to see our demo bowl, you wont believe what we pick up!

Pre Spray -  Depending on the type of carpet or upholstery we use the appropriate spray mix to get the best results, again its vitally important to get this right to avoid damaging your carpet or upholstery

Aggitation - This step is best explained by comparing it to washing your hair.
You dont pour shampoo on your hair and rinse it straight off, you aggitate it through with your fingers. Our Polivac gently aggitates the pre spray with a soft brush through the fibres before extraction begins. This is another important step most cleaners miss out.

Extraction - Extraction with hot water supplied by our huge truck mounted cleaner. It also removes most of the water we use to leave your carpet dryer. We use a variety of different products at this stage too depending on carpet type and the result we need.

These processes along with others like dwell time for sprays to work, conditioners,  drying fans etc take extra time but they are what sets us apart from the rest and gives you results you want, making your experience with us one you will want to tell your friends about.
